For the past 13 years, WIMAT Landform Construction has been a family owned and operated business that thrives on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. In 2003, after years of work and experience in construction and landscape-related industry, Bill Vanderhorst and son Matt decided to found their new landform construction company: WI(lliam) MAT(thew), which we abbreviated to WIMAT. The philosophy of WIMAT Landform Construction was and still is to create elegant and high quality landscapes for customers throughout the GTHA (Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area) and the surrounding region. Over the years we have grown and now cover a wide range of outdoor specialties, which can be explored in more detail here.

 

 

       Yet not only has our variety of services grown but also our reputation which we have built to become known for our excellent ability to work well with customers. Since we are family owned and operated, we know each other’s abilities and therefore work well together as a team. But we also make it our priority to get to know you well, so that we can create projects that best fit your needs and desires. If you have an exact idea of the project you envision, we are here to turn those ideas into actual landscapes for you to enjoy. However, if you don’t know exactly what you want or what style to choose, we are more than happy to work with you and utilize our extensive experience in the field until we find a design that you love.

       Our many successful projects throughout the past reveal our ability to satisfy a large variety of customers, from private homeowners to subdivision development companies to large commercial contractors.
